    I had my floor done by floors direct and I will never give them my money again. I had a lot of trouble getting a receipt and after constant phone calls I finally got it. I wrote a review telling the truth about my experience that seems to have disappeared. I told the truth about my experience and was promptly called a liar by the manager. He rang me and really rudely told me to take my review down which I refused to do. I had no gain by giving a bad review, I just told the truth about my experience with them.

    Thank you so much Floors Direct for our new carpet! From the selection process to the install everything was made easy and an enjoyable experience. Calum's knowledge and advice on products was super helpful and we cannot be happier with the end product! Thank you to Naomi also for always being helpful on the phone! Highly recommend Floors Direct!
